Project Management
PRINCE2™ (Projects IN Controlled Environments) is a structured method that offers best-practice guidance on project management. It covers the management, control, and organisation of a project. "PRINCE2" refers to the second major version of this method and it is a de facto standard used extensively in the UK and internationally.

Foundation & Practitioner
The PRINCE2 Qualification Consists of Two Levels
Foundation
- The Foundation exam is the first of the two PRINCE2 Examinations you are required to pass to become a PRINCE2 Practitioner.
- This level aims to measure whether a candidate would be able to act as an informed member of a project management team using the PRINCE2 method within a project environment supporting PRINCE2.
Practitioner
- The Practitioner exam is the second of the two PRINCE2 Examinations you are required to pass to become a PRINCE2 Registered Practitioner.
- This level aims to measure whether a candidate would be able to apply PRINCE2 to the running and managing of a project within an environment supporting PRINCE2.
- The PRINCE2™ method is flexible and adaptable for any type and size of project and offers excellent management foundation for any member of staff.
- This course is fully compliant with the latest version of PRINCE2™, and carries the award of 37.5 Professional Development Units (PDU's) for PMI re-certification.
- The training equips delegates with a detailed knowledge of the PRINCE2™ methodology working through each stage of pre-project preparation and the project lifecycle.
