Please read the terms & conditions carefully before accessing or using this site. By accessing or using this site, the user agrees to be bound by all of the terms & conditions below. SsK Academy may modify these terms & conditions at any time, such modifications shall be effective immediately upon posting the modified terms & conditions. The user agrees to review the terms & conditions periodically to check for such modifications & using or accessing the site constitutes the user's acceptance of the terms & conditions as it appears at the time of the user's use or access. Children are not eligible to use our service and we, at SsK Academy request that minors (under the age of 18) do not submit any personal information to us or use the service.  

 

AGREEMENT 

In this Terms & Conditions Agreement ("Agreement") "you" and "your" refer to each customer, "we", us" and "our" SsK Academy. This User Agreement ("Agreement") is a contract between you and SsK Academy, and applies to your use of the SsK Academy education and career services available through www.ssk-academy.com (collectively the "Service"). 

 

INDEMNITY

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold SsK Academy, and its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, co-branders or other partners, and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable lawyer’s fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of content you submit, post, transmit or make available through the Service, your use of the Service, your connection to the Service, your violation of the Terms of Service, or your violation of any rights of another.

 

NO RESALE OF SERVICE

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit for any commercial purposes, any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service.

 

MODIFICATIONS TO SERVICE

SsK Academy reserves the right at any time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice. You agree that SsK Academy shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.

The Service may provide, or third parties may provide, links to other World Wide Web sites or resources. Because SsK Academy has no control over such sites and resources, you acknowledge and agree that SsK Academy is not responsible for the availability of such external sites or resources, and does not endorse and is not responsible or liable for any content, advertising, products, or other materials on or available from such sites or resources. You further acknowledge and agree that SsK Academy shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such site or resource.

 

CONFIDENTIALITY

SsK Academy will endeavour, through its appropriate authorities, to take steps to protect information stored on or by means of a system. However SsK Academy will not be responsible for upholding any special restriction or condition on the handling or usage of any information unless it has been informed of the existence of such restriction or condition and has agreed to enforce it.

 

TERMINATION

You agree that SsK Academy , in its sole discretion, may refuse to serve you, for any reason, including, without limitation, if SsK Academy believes that you have violated or acted inconsistently with the letter or spirit of the Terms of Service. SsK Academy may also in its sole discretion and at any time discontinue providing the Service, or any part thereof, with or without notice.

 

PURCHASE OF THIRD PARTY GOODS  AND SERVICES

The Site may provide users with the ability to access and/or purchase third party goods and services. SsK Academy does not process or fulfil the transactions between you and such third parties. Instead, these transactions are the sole responsibility of you and such third parties. Your transactions with third parties are governed by the third party’s own terms and conditions.

 

SUBMISSION

SsK Academy also welcomes your feedback and suggestions about how to improve this Site. Any ideas, suggestions, information, know-how, material, or other content (collectively, "content") received through this Site, however, will be deemed to include a royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, nonexclusive right and license for SsK Academy to adopt, publish, reproduce, disseminate, transmit, distribute, copy, use, create derivative works, display, (in whole or part) worldwide, or act on such content without additional approval or consideration, in any form, media, or technology now known or later developed for the full term of any rights that may exist in such content. You hereby waive any claim to the contrary.

 

CONTROL

  1. We control any personal information that you give us.
  2. SsK Academy complies with the Data Protection Act 1998. Except as specifically provided for in the Conditions, we will treat any personal information provided by you as confidential.
  3. SsK Academy collects information from visitors to the site so that we can make sure the site is easy to use, attractive and informative and that we are giving a high quality service.
  4. SsK Academy may use the information you give us to put together profiles of user preferences, needs, interests, likes and dislikes.
  5. SsK Academy may send you information about services that may be of interest to you.
  6. SsK Academy may provide statistics and analysis about our visitors, traffic patterns and other related site information to reputable third parties. The statistics and analysis will not include any personal identifying information.

 

YOU AGREE NOT TO DO THE FOLLOWINGS

  3. Provide any information to SsK Academy that is not true, accurate, current and complete information or fail to maintain and update any information you provide to SsK Academy.

PAYMENT

  1. Payment must be made in full before information can be dispatched to you.
  2. SsK Academy does not issue refunds.
  3. The postage cost will be added to the charged fees in the case of enrolment only.
  4. We accept online and offline payment. You may also write a check (made payable to SsK Academy Ltd) in GBP United Kingdom Pounds (sterling), but goods will not be sent until a check clears.
  5. Money Orders are also accepted as long as it is in GBP United Kingdom Pounds (sterling). 

 

VIOLATIONS
